Advice and venting

Im trying to cope with some things that are far beyond my control but i am having such a hard time with it. I have two 4 year olds. A 4 month old and ill be 10 weeks on friday... yes its a long story but ive never had trouble being pregnant (obv) but this time im bleeding heavy gushes and huge clots but my levels are raising the pain is unbearable while i bleed and im looking for any comfort at all. Heartneat detected at 5 weeks via ultrasound im scared to death.... help
