Anyone holding out on announcing?

I'm due with my 2nd June 7th and contemplating waiting until after the level 2 US when I know gender or just not announcing at all lol. Close family knows but Facebook friends and extended family do not.

I’m not planning to announce at all. We have not told family or friends and have no plans to tell anyone. Very negative family that will not be accepting so I just really have no desire to share the news. Around family all day everyday so I’m sure not telling them is going to hit the fan and be even worse but I cannot tell you the bliss it has been not having to listen to any comments or negativity or ugliness. It’s definitely coming once they figure it out and I’m not looking forward to all the fighting. Sometimes it’s just better to keep things to yourself!

I'm waiting till I feel right about announcing. So probably past 24 weeks lol, I'm so paranoid about things going wrong and I don't need the whole world to know, because that would include people who hate me.

I think we’re going to wait and do one big announcement at the end of January when we find out the gender. My husband doesn’t have social media and I don’t really post much on mine plus it’s mostly family, old friends and a few acquaintances on my friends list 🤷🏼‍♀️ Although we did send out announcement Christmas cards to our family and close friends so they will all know well before!

We're telling my inlaws at Christmas. We aren't otherwise announcing though, my family will probably figure it out on New Years day though. We aren't announcing on social media until I've given birth.

I am 12 weeks and we are going to officially announce this week after my appointment.  We held out because of my high risk for complications. So far we have made it past all milestones.

I am due 3 days before you (June 4,2020) and we haven’t told anyone yet. We will be telling our parents, siblings and grandparents on Christmas Day when they open their gifts and in it will be a mug saying “promoted to” end their title..grandma,pa,uncle, aunt. Then I’ll tell a few friends but not posting it on social media or anything. I will be about 17 weeks when we announce and I’ll be getting a sneak peak gender reveal a few days before.
