I'm worried

My 11 week old has been just screaming all day long like he is in pain. He has a fresh diaper, he has been fed, plenty of cuddles even though he just screams while being held too. I gave him some infant tylenol thinking he was maybe just in pain but that still hasn't calmed him down I have no idea what's wrong with him. My mom just thinks he needs to cry it out and my husband thinks he is just fighting sleep but I just honestly feel like I'm missing something and there is something wrong with my baby. Idk if I should be taking him to the ER or am I just overreacting... please this mommy is so lost and I have no idea what to do.
