How to choose a doctor for my husband..

So I go to a women’s clinic for my pregnancies.

I used to have a family doctor but since moving out of my parents home, I have stopped going there and began going to the women’s clinic when I found out I was pregnant.

My husband has never had a primary care physician 😅

He has been experiencing a straining pain in his scrotum after more intense physical activity. He then found a pea sized lump within his scrotum that he stated hurts as well, after more activity.

It may be a silly question but is there a specific type of doctor he should see?

As a woman, I go to an OB/GYN for feminine concerns but wouldn’t I go to a family doctor if I say broke something?

So is there a specific doctor for men as there is for women or is it just considered a family care doctor?
