Rash on breast

This rash is on my boob next to my nipple. It is extremely itchy. In the past couple months I have had rashes pop up on my body but never looking like this. This has happened once or twice on my boob before but never spread around my boob so much and had such red areas. Does anyone know what this could be? I am planning on seeing a doctor ASAP.

I am 18 years old.
