Yeast infection

Hi so I think I might have a yeast infection. Im trying to figure out what may have caused it because I obviously want to try and prevent it for next time. I'm looking online and it looks like yeast infections are cause by change in hormone or oh balances in the vagina or vulva. 2 things have happened. I missed a day in my birth control so I had to take 2pills the following day so that have changed the hormone balance. Another thing is I've been using the summers eve deodorant spray for the vagina. It says it doesn't change the pH balance but now I'm thinking otherwise. I'm asking if anyone has missed a pill day and has gotten a yeast infection because of it or has started to use summers eve deodorant spray and has gotten a yeast infection. Also what's the best remedy for it because I have never had one before and I'm dreading peeing because it hurts so bad and want it taken care of asap. Thank you so much!
