What’s the cheapest state to get it done in?

Las vegas 15k for IVF plus 4k for meds, 2k for lab testing and SA. We also chose PGS which was 5K. Then there are meds for transfer so at this rate we are around 28k for 1 cycle. 
I would encourage to assess clinics and their statistics for success. Understand how to interpret success rates and know that sometimes you get what you pay for. Meaning you go cheap, you get cheap. It is a long emotional rollercoaster that is costly so recommend you do it right. Best of luck.

My Minimal Stimulation IVF was $6200 for doctor's visits including lab work and transfer.  
Medication is less than $2500  so far but I priced checked and used 3 different pharmacy's depending on the prices on medication. I only had 4 embryos survived and 4 days ago we transferred 2 Frozen.

Mine will be $8700 for the cycle with a fresh transfer plus the additional cost of meds. Since I’m in AK, we have to travel to Seattle- no IVF clinics here. So our grand total will be roughly 12-13K.

New Direction Fertility Centers in Gilbert, AZ does IVF for $5,000 - $6,200 not including meds, pre-tests, and anesthesia for the retrieval.   They have excellent success rates and the staff are top notch.  If you want ICSI or PGS, it's out of pocket, which I'm pretty sure it is nearly all places.

My office said $18,000 + med cost. This doesn't count the surgery on tubes prior to IVF he's wanting me to do. Then $6,000 each try after + meds (if fails). My office also offers Invocell which is half the price around $10,000. I had a women tell me about CNY but not sure in it.

I know in NY my SILs were going to be able to do their IVF for $8,000 each round which is crazy low compared to most. Without insurance, my clinic in CT would have been at least $25,000.

Ive heard CNY fertility is pretty inexpensive compared to a lot. I looked them up and looks like they have a few locations east coast & Canada.
