Stress but don’t stress!

Nothing quite like getting a low number, then trying not to stress because stress can make your numbers spike. But then you stress about trying not to stress. Then you get the high number. Despite not eating anything different from your normal routine food that doesn’t normally spike your numbers. Now you’re really stressing. And the pregnancy hormones are just making it worse. Trying not to panic. But you’re also tired so thinking to calm yourself down isn’t as easily done anymore. Don’t stress. Don’t stress. Think about baby. Ugh. I wish I could take a break from the GD... 😩
