Please no negative comments (although I've seen the way some women absolutely tear other women apart on here)...

Anyway, I am currently 12.5 weeks pregnant and got a "presumptive positive" result for cannibanoids on my toxicology screen at my initial prenatal appointment.

Hubby and I went to Colorado before I found out I was pregnant and heavily partook in recreational marijuana so the test is accurate, but it should only be a small amount. Apparently the "presumptive positive" means it was detected in my urine but they didn't test the amount so we don't know how much.

The doctor hasn't even said anything to me, I just saw the results in my patient portal online.

I'm not super concerned because I know I'll test clean for the remainder of my pregnancy, but I'm wondering if this is cause for a DFS case since I have other children (who were not with us on vacation in CO).

Anyone test positive during pregnancy and have an open case with DFS as a result? Anyone know what the process is?

I'm in Missouri, so it's newly medicinal here, but still illegal.
