How did you afford a nose job?

I recently searched “nose job” in the search bar to see if anyone has talked about how they paid for it.

I’ve wanted one since I was 8... I’m 23, turning 24 soon and I can’t handle it anymore. I started crying earlier because I tried to send a funny video to my sister and all I noticed was how unbalanced and uneven my face is.

I’m graduating from college next week and although I’m already in debt, what’s a little more?

I live in Wisconsin, but am willing to fly out to California for one. I found a surgeon I think I might want to go through to do it, but have not reached out. I would like to figure out a way to pay for it, or see how others have done it.
