OB Intake appointment ?

Anyone have one of this appts and what does it consist of? I have one next week

I had one and we did a urinalysis, medical history, brief pregnancy orientation (the nurse skipped through a lot of the do’s and don’ts because I’m a second time mom), and blood work. We also scheduled out my ultrasound and first prenatal and did a financial session to explain their fee schedule. I know they do this to make the first prenatal appointment shorter but I wish they would do an ultrasound. It never feels real until they do one!

Paperwork paperwork and paperwork. Some will do exam like pap and some blood work. My obgyn first appt consists of updating paperwork, blood work, pap and first ultrasound.

So my intake literally took 5 mins all the paperwork was done since they had my history from my previous ob I got my welcome bag and was on my way out lol I have my first OB US and bloodwork next week 🙏🏽

Bloodwork, lots of questions and paperwork for me. No ultrasound or pap yet but that was scheduled for 10 weeks. I did my intake at five weeks due to low progesterone.
