Medicine while TTC

This is probably a silly question but what allergy medicine or cold medicine do you take? I usually take Claritin, Zyrtec, and NyQuil but I was told these are not safe while I’m pregnant so I am getting off them now while TTC. Is this true? I am finding mixed reviews online. I have terrible allergies to pollen/ dust and am a teacher so I get everything the kids have. I’m sick constantly it feels like. Any advice would be really appreciated! Thank you!
