Tender spot

I’m 37 weeks and for the past couple of weeks I’ve had a super tender/sore spot on my belly. It’s a few inches above my belly button and a little over to the right. Some nights are better than others, but usually it hurts quite a bit in the evening. It almost feels like a pulled muscle. I know it can just be from the baby kicking or pushing on that one spot, but I also just read it could be rectus Diastasis.. and that has me a little worried.

Has anyone experienced anything like this? I never had it with my son.
