Loosing sleep

Hey lovely ladies I'm looking for a bit of advice for insomnia. I've recently had alot of problems come onto me in the last couple of months and I've been stressing quite a bit lately and I've had chronic depression since I've known myself. I've found ways to cope with these things during the day like, painting, doing yoga and going on walks and stuff but when it comes to bedtime I just cant sleep. I try to eat healthy and drink plenty of water. I've got piles of comfy pillows, I've even tried sleeping in different rooms. We even have an emotional support dog that gives lots of cuddles and kisses and I still can't sleep. The weirdest part about it is when the sun comes out I don't even feel tired, i feel totally fine like nothing happened and I got 8 hours of sleep. I know the stress could contribute but I try my best to have a stress-free day so I can sleep at night, but I was just wondering if anyone in the app has any home remedies or ways they cope with insomnia or even stress. It would really help please.
