After persistent cysts, I finally get to start letrozole this week and would love to hear some success stories!

First time around it was 1 cycle paired with the trigger shot after 3 failed clomid rounds. Now we're ttc again and I've done 5 rounds with 1 miscarriage in there. Currently in my tww.

My dr started me at 2.5mg for 3 rounds, 5.0mg for 3 rounds, and the first round on 7.5mg was successful. Although my numbers were where he wanted them on the first 6 rounds, my body wasn’t cooperating. It’s like the 7.5mg was just enough to trigger everything at the right time. I’m 33 and was diagnosed was PCOS at age 14. I tried for 6 years to have my first daughter and suffered 3 miscarriages after her. Currently 7 weeks and 5 days pregnant.

Mine worked on the second round. I started out on the 2.5 mg dose for the first round but didn't have any follicles above 10.2 mm. So we upped it to 5 mg and I had 1 follicle at 25 mm so we triggered that day with times intercourse that day and every other day for 3 times and it took! I'm now 12 weeks pregnant :) good luck!! I hope it works quickly for you!!
