BFP using a saliva ovulation tester?

Hey ladies!

Im looking into buying the Maybe Baby Saliva Ovulation Tester. Its a reusable test that looks at your saliva.  When you see fern/crystal patterns you are fertile and have a much greater chance to become pregnant.

I just want to know if there are any success stories using this method. I have PCOS and 1 child via IVF. We really want baby #2 but cannot afford another $10k+ for another cycle.
