Sleeping too much?

Question

I’m currently 19 wks pregnant and about once a week if I have a day off, I find myself sleeping all day while my sons at school instead of getting housework done. Is this excessive or am I ok to get the extra rest while I can? I feel guilty because my husband works hard everyday.

I feel lazy too... but I’m just tired and can’t really sleep so I end up doing nothing 😔

Sounds like your body is telling you to rest! I mean if you think about it, your body is literally sustaining another life which takes a ton of energy. Be kind to yourself and rest up!

i am lucky and dont have to work so im home all day. i dont really have anything to do. i considered finding a creative hobby or something but not exactly sure what to do lol, so i sleep till the early afternoon im always so tired, yet when its night time i cant sleep i end up staying up until like 1am-4am i have horrible insomnia im assuming☹️
