Due date change? Induction?

I am 32 weeks 4 days right now. I went for an ultrasound today to check fluid and growth and was told Baby is measuring 2 weeks ahead and is already 5lbs 6oz. The ultrasound tech said the doctor may change my due date. My question is has anyone’s due date been changed due to baby measuring big? Will I likely be induced early as she’s already 5lbs 6oz? What are the deciding factors for all of these things? Thanks for any insight!

I’m 23 weeks and they didn’t change my due date but I will be induced at 38 weeks because I’m on insulin. It’s to prevent preeclampsia and other complications.

They may monitor you more closely and have follow up growth scans to see how the baby keeps growing.
