Facial hair

Ladies, do you shave or wax your face at all? I'm 24 and have been going through some medical stuff, medication is causing hair growth in these areas. Around my lips it's very very minimal but on the very outside of my jaw line from my ears to about 2 inches down is about a centimeter or two long. It's blond but making me super insecure. I love wearing makeup and feel it stands out more and makes my foundation lay weird. Need advice!
