No sleep
How are y’all handling this no sleep thing? I’ve gotten approximately 3 hours tonight. I’m so exhausted I feel sick. I feel like I’m losing my mind. Baby girl is almost 2 months old and will barley sleep for a long period of time unless she is in her rocker or being held. I try to sleep when she sleeps but I can’t sleep on command like that ecspexially due to postnatal insomnia, which I think is getting better but I’m not sure yet. Help?!
