Chemical miscarriage ?

Got a faint line 3 days after my period was due but on the same day started to bleed like my period came. I’ve been bleeding for 2 days not heavy but not light either with a few clots. When to the toilet and when I wiped I saw this!! Thinking probably a chemical miscarriage?
