Baby measuring big? Anyone else, 18 weeks.

Question

Just had my anatomy ultrasound yesterday and found out I’m having a healthy baby boy❤️
My doctor told me he is measuring in the 70th percentile and is measuring big and could cause preclamcyia in the future. Anyone else have this going on?
My dad was a 13 pound baby and I was a almost 10 pound baby so hoping to not have a super large little guy!!!

I had my scan today and my son was in the 90th percentile. My # 2 and # 3 kiddos were preeclampsia babies and #2 was 6lbs 9oz and #3 was 4lbs 11oz. Idk about the weight being an issue. I do have high unmanageable BP right now but at 18 weeks they won’t diagnose it as preeclampsia. My OB she would most likely diagnose me at our next appointment. And play with my medicine

My first measured the top end of the scale at his 20 week scan, nobody ever mentioned this causing pre eclampsia though? 
Equally nobody checked after that I was never referred for growth scans etc, he was born at 41 + 5 weighed 9lb 4 x
