Working out PP?
I haven’t been someone who works out (not for a long time anyways) and when I’ve gotten past a few weeks PP I would really like to lose some weight. Well, a lot actually.
I have a gym membership, but I’m not comfortable leaving my daughter to go for a few months so I will be trying to do this at home. I have a 14 month old and a newborn.
What are some good exercises that I can do to build strength and also lose weight with while at home while the kids are napping?
I don’t have any equipment and I don’t want to buy any as I do plan on going back to the gym in a few months.
