Hi ladies, I'm contemplating starting my second round of <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a> soon. My husband has male factor infertility (low sperm count and morphology) and I have pcos. I think I was under stimulated in my first round and we ended up only retrieving 5 follicles, none of which made it to blastocyst (only day 5 morulas).

My doctor is changing my protocol from fsh only (puregon) to a combination of fsh/lh (menopur), as well as letrozole to induce my body to produce FSH. Has anyone had experience with this type of protocol before? Thanks in advance!
