Depends for postpartum bleeding

Have any of you mamas used depends for postpartum bleeding? I’ve seen posts about different bloggers recommending them but obviously they don’t go into great details. I am more interested in if you have experienced leaks with them? I hated those big bulky diaper pads they give you in the hospital and with my first I leaked during the night and was so embarrassed (silly I know... but I was). I am looking for an overnight option where I don’t have to stress about leaks! I’ve used the always overnight super long purple pads and (although paranoid) I didn’t have a leak. Experiences... thoughts... totally wanted/welcome!
