Powerade?

Is Powerade bad for me ? I mean i know the surface answer is going to be a no but i mean as far as hydration goes will it help keep me hydrated ? I cannot stand water 24/7 I drink it as much as i can but i cant do it all the time .

I’d it helps keep you hydrated, go for it. Maybe try cutting it with water to keep the flavor but get some more hydration and less sugar? I have been doing that w Gatorade (about half Gatorade, half water).

Do half water, half powerade(its made to be diluted anyways) that's what my doctor recommended because I get headaches and water gives me heartburn.

I've been drinking Gatorade Zero (zero sugar) and they taste the exact same as regular Gatorade.

It’ll help, just make sure you’re still drinking water too! I alternate between water and Gatorade because since being pregnant I cannot drink water all the time like I use to!

I drink half water and half Powerade and it helps me keep my water intake up. Overall no it's not bad for you as long as you still drink water

I have such a hard time keeping down plain water durning my pregnancies for some reason it makes me really nauseous . I drank poweraid occasionally Also added the flavored water stuff to my water and that helped a ton to keep me hydrated

I think it’s adequate for hydration it just has a lot of sugar. But it seems to me the electrolytes are a good benefit. I drink it too to mix up all the water it’s so hard to get enough

Powerade is actually not even kind of healthy at all, honestly. It has tons of sugar and carbs in it.
