Why did my boob just leak??

I stopped breastfeeding about 2 weeks after my daughter was born for the sake of my sanity. That was about 12 weeks ago, my girl is almost 15 weeks now. I felt a little wetness on my boob before I got into the shower, and in the shower I squeezed and milk came out! 😥a lot of it, too! I'm totally freaked out. Is this normal?? I have an appointment with my OB on Wednesday anyways to get my IUD placed so I will ask her then as well.

Yes, breast milk can take awhile to dry up. My breasts still had milk for several months if I squeezed.

Yes normal. I stopped at 5 weeks PP and my babe is 15 weeks and I still have a tiny bit of milk that will leak if I press on my breast
