Can somebody please help me read this chart. Glow says af late by 4 days. The hole month my bbt has been all over the place. No sign of af just tender boobs. Oh and yesterday I took a mid day pregnancy test BFN

Try to take first morning urine but not out untill Af arrives. 🤞

I'm not seeing any indication that you ovulated on cd16 like Glow is saying. Your temps do not reflect that. The closest point looks to be cd20. That would make sense why you're late. You're technically not bc you just ovulated late this cycle.

Yep, I would say 13DPO, so AF should be right around the corner for you.
