So my boyfriend and I have been officially together for a little over 7 months now and he proposed!! We used to be friends about 4-5 years ago back in high school but he started going down a really bad path and we lost contact for those years. For some reason I never forgot him and forever liked him. Back in April I decided I had big enough balls to send him a friend request on Facebook. We reconnected but at the time he was still drinking and using some drugs. Over a month or two of hanging out and getting to know each other again he cleaned up his act. He tells me all the time I’m the reason he felt he had a reason to be alive and he had a reason to straighten up his life. Anywayyyy he’s clean now and the most amazing man I could’ve ever asked for and he proposed!! I’m so excited and can’t wait marry him!
