Vaginal boils

So one time I shaved and it was fine. Then it grew back and ever since then I’ve had vagina boils and they keep coming back. I’m a virgin so Ik it’s not anything else, plus it’s only on the top part, not the lips. Idk wat to do. I wanna get rid of them because they itch. And then when I scratch them, they pop🤮 my mom said stop shaving and they should go away, and trust me I stopped but they haven’t gone away completely and they keep coming back so please someone help me😭😭 PLEASE NO JUDGEMENT I’m only 16.
