7 month old nap/sleep schedule
My 7 month old wakes up every morning at a different time...
anytime between 5:30am- 6:45am so it's been hard to have a consistent nap schedule ....
He also only naps anywhere from 30-50 minutes 3x a day. And he puts up a fight to go down.
The short naps are driving me crazy 😭
What do your nap schedules look like?
* side note: his nighttime sleep is good... he goes down at 7pm til the am.
