I need help!!!

I am at a cross road. My boyfriend and I have been together for just about three years we have a beautiful 7 month old. We also have a rough past. He hasn’t been the best. Lies constantly and drinks like a fish.(I have past problems with drinking) he did one of his spirals again about 3 weeks ago where he ignored me and we out to party. I’m beyond hurt and really can’t trust him. But I want to make things work because he is that father of my child and my real first love. Now here is my issue. I am starting to get feeling for a another guy. I don’t text him nor see him outside of work. In all honesty I don’t even think he likes me. But because of those feelings I just can’t stop thinking that my boyfriend and I shouldn’t be together. I am changing jobs to so that will help get me away from my little crush. I just don’t know what to do. I need advice.
