Does any one know any remedies for the cold and sore throat? I’m breastfeeding and I can’t take any medicine please

Gargle pink salt & warm water a few times a day. & I like ricolas with honey.

for sore throat try warm salt water gargles, hot green tea with honey. for the cold not too sure besides stay hydrated for sure, and maybe a hot steamy shower may relieve a little bit. if you have a cough or stuffy nose, vicks vapor rub
