At what age do you buy a child their first bicycle?

My daughter turns 2 in January & a family member is dead set on buying her a bicycle with training wheels for her birthday. I mean it’s their money, but I keep telling this family member that she’s too young! 
I don’t think I got my first actual bicycle (not a trike) until I was like 4 or 5 years old. 
When did you buy your child their first bicycle?

I work at a daycare and at 2 years they get to ride bikes. I want to get my daughter one too

My son had a big wheel at 2 and for his third birthday he got a bike with training wheels.

My bf apparently could ride a bike without training wheels by 3yo (theres picture proof)... His dad saved that bike and is restoring it to give to my son lol. Im worried my son wont be able to ride a bike at 3 without training wheels like his daddy could and he won't meet the inlaws "expectations" 😅

My son got a real bike with training wheels at 2. 3 weeks if practicing and he figured out how to ride it

My son got a balance bike at 1. It came with a frame that made a sort of rocking horse so he would just sit on it and rock. Now he uses it as a balance bike (he's not 3 yet) and will get a real bike next year.
