This app has been spot on for Af predictions but not at all for ovulation. Which sucked for us when we were going through a known donor. Just stick to using OPKs and trust what they say. If you doubt it take another to verify and you’ll find out your CM is your go to.

I tracked my periods faithfully for three months as well as logged my opks. I got pregnant the first month trying, but I base that off my own tactics. The month I actually tried I used strip opks and digital to confirm my high and peak ovulation days using the dates on the app (I also had two other period apps that helped me track dates as well). I then inseminated the 3 days leading up to my ovulation and ovulation day (4 days total). I also used a little preseed before insemination about 15-30 minutes before. I left my soft cup in overnight and removed it the following morning. Tested at 8dpo and got my BFP.
