Burning in uterus 8dpo?

Today for about 5-10 mins I was experiencing burning sensations in the upper middle of my uterus area. Literally on the bikini line area about 20-30 seconds apart. Reminded me a bit of mild contractions. I don’t believe I had this with my first pregnancy. Could this have been implantation? Anyone else experience this and get a bfp?

I get this sometimes to. But more than likely if your not pregnant it could be a stomach ulcer. I get them quite a bit.
