I’m wondering if anyone has any suggestions/ help/ advice..

I’m 14 and I’ve been masturbating since I was 11. I got my period and went through puberty at age 10- early 11. I don’t like penetration during masturbation.. I like clitorial stimulation way more. It’s gotten to a point where I’m so horny I will masturbate 1-3 times a day. I have no access to toys as parents see everything I buy in person and online, friends don’t understand my struggles. I really want to try oral sex without penetration but I’m not in a relationship.. does anyone have any advice?! I feel like I’m going crazy
