12 weeks an possible teething?!

So my LO has been drooling quite a bit for a few weeks now and today he's had a slightly elevated temp, but thankfully not in the fever digits. He just send warmer to the touch,. also had some running diarrhea. He's also been tugging at his ear and now keeps the tip of his tongue pressed up against his upper lip. Kinda like he's about to stick it out but doesn't.. lol 🤷‍♀️ he just keeps it sitting there. Just curious.. thanks

Possible, my baby is 12 weeks tomorrow and has been teething for 4 days now. She drools and spits all day, is constantly biting her hand and will bite my fingers and nipples like a little animal, also has one really pink cheek and is overall just cranky 😭 cannot wait for it to be over

My bubba has been drooling to but their saliva glad start developing around 11 to 12 weeks old. This then helps them develop their swallowing and gag reflexes etc ready for solids... So the lounge thing could just be part of this, but if he has had a temp maybe just go for a check up any way to be sure.

All babies start dropping more and exploring hands at this age.
I would check with Doc on the other. I hope baby feels better soon!
