Dizziness at 18w3d
Been dizzy all morning for the first time during my entire pregnancy. I’m not sure what’s up. I also threw up for the very first time this morning. I’m not sure what to contribute it too? I’m not running a fever or anything. Just the dizziness. My hunger has gone down pretty tremendously in the last 4 days.... should I call my doctor?
