Hair care recommendations?

So this is my poor hair. I haven’t dyed it in over a year! The dyed part is soo bad!! So frizzy & can you see how rough my ends look?! I literally have my hair in a bun all the time because it’s just soo ugly compared to my virgin hair as you can see it actually looks shiny! Would cutting my ends & just dying my hair a single color like something like my natural hair color fix this issue? I bearly apply heat to it, yet it’s this bad!

You need to trim it and give it time to get healthy before dying it again.

Coconut oil literally saved my hair it used to look like this and it helped it grow out I just warmed it a little and rubbed it on my scalp and ends and kept it in while I cleaned the house or stayed home for a hour or so and then I would wash

I’d go and see a good hair dresser and ask their opinion and take it from there 🙂

Get a good cut and color your ends to match your roots but use a Demi instead of a permanent color it will be a lot healthier for your hair  
Also, get a good conditioning treatment. 
If you want to keep the blonde ends then get a good cut and a protein and moisture treatment in your hair.

Bleach always damages hair. If you do decide to change the color again make sure it’s a Demi permanent and not a box dye as that would damage your hair more.?
