Dizzy

Im around 7 weeks and have my first ultrasound Thursday. Dizziness hit me like a brick today. I have never been SO dizzy in my life to the point to where I thought I was going to faint several times. The feeling has made me have 2 panic attacks. My MIL is a nurse and checked all my vitals and those were good but it's been 2 hours and I can't get rid of it. Im not nauseous just extremely dizzy to the point where I don't want to stand up. & Yes im hydrated. Any cures im desperate!!
