What happens next?

Been trying to conceive for almost three years now. Doctor put my husband on Clomid back in August. He goes to retest this week. My doctor started me on Letrozole 5 mg this cycle. I know i ovulated, and I’ve been taking an egg quality supplement for about 5 months.

Then this happened:

I’m in shock and doubt. Because we’ve been trying for all this time, and this has never happened, i have no idea what to do next.

My husband keeps telling me he thinks I’m pregnant. I want to be so bad, but I’m scared if i go in for a blood test it will be negative. And then what?! Ughhh...

I am going to continue to test. This month has been crazy. And the last week, I’ve been nauseous. I have started having some small lower back pains. My boobs are killing me. I don’t know what is normal and what isn’t. Just trying to figure it out. Any advice would be awesome!
