Help!!!

I am 33 weeks almost 34 weeks pregnant and I am swollen down there I do get pressure but other than that nothing. No burning sensation while peeing, no itchiness, no pain, nothing at all. I just noticed it this morning when I was taking a shower and washing myself. It did freak me out since I have never gone through this. This will be my 3rd baby and I have never had this before with my other pregnancies. So I was wondering if anyone has gone through something like this. I do see my OB tomorrow and I do plan on telling him as well. Help a sister out please.
