Using my phone or watching Netflix is the only thing keeping me awake in the night to nurse. I’ve almost fallen asleep sitting straight up 😟💤

Personally I feel like in today's society you are exposed to the electronic waves constantly and not using you cell phone while feeding your baby will not make a difference. The air around us is continually filled with waves that you can't avoid. 🤷‍♀️

I use it some. At night I don’t because it wakes me up too much and half the time I just drop it on the floor waking everyone in the room. I do during the day a lot though.

I would fall asleep or lose my mind as many times as I feed him or stay up with him in the middle of the night! So my phone has saved me us many times.
