212 to 160 but...Mom pooch! 😔
Need advice on how to lose the mom pooch with workouts I can do at home!
I had my baby June 21st with an ending pregnancy weight of 212, pre-pregnancy weight of 178 and current weight of 160! It's nice because I haven't been under the 180 range in 4 years or longer!! However, my mom pooch is bothering me amd my butt feels smaller than before lol
Any suggestions?
