What’s everyone bringing to wear in the hospital ?

I am really struggling with what to bring for me to wear in the hospital. I have the baby’s bag pretty ready, but struggling with what I should bring. It’s winter so I want to bring pant pajamas but from what I read I should really bring a nightgown since we get checked very often. What is everyone bringing?

I’m just gonna stay in the hospital gown or buy a robe. You want easy access to vagina or c section scar and boobs. Then a loose slowly maxi dress to leave / once discharged

I just wear the hospital gown. I was there for 3 days with my first and had on the hospital gown the whole time along with a robe I brought from home. Went home in the pajamas I had arrived in.

I'm going to wear a nightgown and robe this is my second baby and I want to be in my own clothes while laboring (going to be induced this time) then for going home nice lose pants and tshirt nothing restrictive

Nursing tanks, loose sports bra, adult diapers, flip flops for the shower, and a sweater and socks in case it is chilly. Maternity jeans and a shirt to leave in.

Im packing a night dress suitable for breast feeding and also pj pants and a top with easy access for feeding.. so will see which ones are more practical after birth .. also i will have a short cosy robe and cosy socks for if it gets chilly..

Since this is my first time and I'm not exactly sure, I'm packing a few different options. Besides the obvious (going home outfit, phone, charger) I brought a nightgown, a pair of pj pants, a pair of shorts and a t-shirt. I also heard that due to heavy bleeding, be ready to potentially toss any bottoms, just a heads up.

I was desperate to change out of a hospital gown after I delivered last time but because of the IVs I didn’t have anything I could get into easily. This time I got a night gown that unbuttons on the strap so I can easily get into it with my IVs still in place.
