Weight loss tips
So I am addicted to sugar like crazy. No idea if it's the hormones from pregnancy or what. My kid is 14 months old, but I made 2 batches of chocolate chip cookies and already one batch is gone... plus I drink DrPepper like its water. Any tips on how to cut my addiction? I keep trying and fail every time. I weigh the most I ever have in my life. I know my weight has to do with my wider hips from giving birth and my bigger chest from breastfeeding, but I can't get rid of my mommy pouch or my chub on my arms and legs. Help!! I have back problems from being in 3 car accidents over the course of 6 years, got in one in August of 2017 and again in March of 2019 I try to drink the vitamin water zero, but I only like one flavor and I can only find that one flavor at Walmart. I've tried many different exercises and it makes my back pain worse. I want to go on walks, but I'm going to be working 40 hours a week starting next week and it's just too cold to go on walks with my son. (He goes where I go when I'm not working.) Anyways, sorry for the long post, here is a pic of my chubby body. 😭💔 Help thanks I appreciate it. If it helps, I weigh 225lbs and want to weigh like 165lbs.
