Help me out?

So I've always been skinny and I have the upside down/rectangular body figure. I'm 5'2 and on a regular i weight anywhere from 105-130 rn I'm at 109lbs , I go up a size down a size. The heaviest I've been was 179 but I was preggo. Anyways I want to build muscle (mostly legs , thighs and butt) any tips on what to do? I dislike to work out but I do squats just to keep stuff tight but like I said I want to try and achieve more than that. I will say I don't eat healthy , i try but u know i love pizza. Should I be eating certain foods ?
