Choking scare/GERD

When my baby was just 2weeks we had a choking scare. She was asleep and asphyxiated, she started choking. I was awake (thank god) and did everything I could to clear her airways. My hubby called 911 as I was trying to get her to breath again. My poor baby girl had to ride in an ambulance to the ER where we quickly learned she has GERD. I have yet had a good nights rest since.

Any other mommies have babies with GERD? I'm desperate for some tips.
