Hubs and I just got married 8 months ago and since then it’s like everything has gone downhill. 2 months before wedding-flirting/leading on ex(found out after marriage)

-he moved away from me (2 wks after wedding ) -was on dating sites

-then was on gay dating sites-now on a website you pay for nudes

Anyways he doesn’t know about the last part yet. Soo tonight we started arguing bc I told him I’d call him when I got home, he left me here with 5 dogs to care for by myself so it takes a bit to get situated and I still had to eat dinner. I usually work late nights but had a mid shift instead. He was like are you going to call only an hour and a half after I got home,I said I will In a bit and he just made this big deal about saying he hates his life and he doesn’t even look forward to talking to me anymore that if things don’t change very soon he is moving on. And then he said that he need to talk to me tomorrow (today) and figure this out and things need to change but I honestly just have nothing left to say to him. I feel lost and numb. Advice?
